ATCSK supported Young Translator Contest 2019

In 2019, the Association of Translation Companies of Slovakia (ATCSK) supported a translation contest called "Young Translator" which was organized by the Department of Translation Studies of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. This contest was aimed at high school students from Nitra, Trnava and Trenčín regions.

Forty-three schools participated in the contest by sending around 400 translations. In the contest, students had the opportunity to translate into Slovak from French, Spanish, Russian, German and English.

On the special ceremony, which took place on 8 November 2019, ATCSK was represented by Jakub Absolon.
